RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window Returns must be initiated within 3-5 days of delivery for custom and personalized items.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all materials included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Accepted Returns We accept returns only for:

  • Defective items
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Items that do not match the product description

Custom and Personalized Items Custom and personalized wall clocks are made specifically for each customer and are generally non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a quality issue with our workmanship.

Exchange Process

  • Defective items will be exchanged for a new item at no cost to the customer
  • Processing time for exchanges: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • For defective items, 1133Company will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our custom glow-in-the-dark wall clocks. If you receive an item with a quality issue, we will exchange it for a new item.
