Ordering Process

  • Orders are confirmed upon payment processing
  • Custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement)
  • Ready-made items ship within 3-7 business days
  • Processing time for custom items is 3-7 business days before shipping
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customization information

Custom Work

  • Custom clocks are made specifically for the customer based on their selection
  • We also offer ready-made designs available for immediate purchase
  • Minor variations in design, color, and glow intensity are normal and expected for both custom and ready-made items
  • We reserve the right to refuse custom orders that violate intellectual property rights or are inappropriate

Intellectual Property
